Childsplay is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the performance of traditional and contemporary fiddle tunes, songs, and dance. The over 35 musicians of the group come together from all over the United States and Europe to perform concerts each year. Striving to pass on their love of fiddle music to future generations, Childsplay also sends smaller ensembles from the group to perform in schools, public libraries, and other venues outside of concert halls.

The cost of paying for professional salaries, travel, food, and all of the expenses associated with actual performances (light and sound crews, theatre rentals, etc.) add up to much more than the revenues from ticket sales. Your gift will directly support Childsplay’s educational activities and mission to transmit an important piece of our cultural heritage.
